Refund Policy

At GlowKind, each piece is designed with care and prepared thoughtfully before it leaves us. For that reason, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If something isn't right, we'll always make it right.


Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including:

  • ordering the wrong item

  • deciding it’s not quite what you expected

  • preference changes after delivery

We encourage reviewing product details carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, you’re always welcome to contact us before placing an order.


Faulty or damaged items

If your GlowKind item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.


Replacements

  • Replacements are offered for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items only

  • Refunds are not offered in place of replacements

  • Replacement items are sent at no additional cost

Our aim is to ensure you receive the GlowKind night light as intended.
